A unique and interesting combination of Indian and Halal dishes and even some gluten free choices will be found on the online menu of the Copperpot Indian Restaurant on West Street in Umina Beach. - Good. But needs more content ..ie more prawns lamb pieces etc. Alot of sauce not much meat. But perfect taste. Lots of sauce and rice is food to fill hungry Tommy's cheap. Bread wasn't good, too doughy.

- Ordered vegetarian dishes for a change but so disappointed. Samosa and Bhaji were stone cold. Biryani was all rice and hardly any veggies - potato and pea naan went in the bin as was really undercooked. Feel ripped off.

- Excellent food. Rice was fluffy, vegetables were tender, but had a nice slight crunch and sauce was great. Would certainly order again. Took a little time around 50 minutes for a small order. But worth the wait.

- We ordered take away butter chicken, saffron rice and a plain naan bread. Our order was ready on time and the staff were very friendly. The butter chicken was strangely sweet and had too much gravy compared to chicken. The rest was good. Cost was under $20 dollars.

- Lovely food, but ordered the mildest butter chicken for the kids which was way too spicy,even I couldn't finish it.
Also we ordered 2 naans and only 1 came.

- The food was good. My choice of lamb saag was a little less spicy than I thought. Probably should've gone for hot but in saying that it tasted ok. Might try something else next time. Delivery took a long time from order, 1.5 hrs but fortunately we weren't in a hurry. I will reorder from here because previous orders have been timely and the food has been good.

- Food wasn't very hot, there wasn't much chicken in our butter chicken- it was 70% sauce. They forgot our pappadums. Our naan was burnt on one side. Flavour was great though

- We were really disappointed with our meal. We ordered the special copperpot naan, beef samosas, chicken madras and chicken korma. The food was bland and watery. The entrées were stone cold. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

- Overall, the meal was fine. We have eaten at the restaurant on several occasions and the food is good and the welcome is warm. However, we were disappointed with one take-away dish last night - there were three koftas in the malai kofta. They looked very lonely swimming in their sauce.
