same thing happened to me a couple months back when picking up an order (waited extra 30mins in the restaurant)
i also wanted to confirm the order last night on the phone but it was off the hook for 2 hours (like most saturdays)

- I ordered the pizza to arrive 930, it came one hourly early so I sent it back. The main problem with the pizza was that there was not a drop of tomatoe paste or cheese! I actually paid for extra cheese and there literally was none. I called up they pizza place and also complained and they apologised but it was still unacceptable because to me a pizza is built around cheese, how could they out soo little when I asked and paid for extra.

This used to be the best Pizza Shop in Melbourne, until recently changing all their ingredients. Still a 5 star pizza, if your having it for the first time. But if you knew Sam's pizzas before. Your Bitterly Disappointed. A very unique great tasting pizza. Used to be old school oily which half made it the pizza it was. High Recommend. - Ash
