- Food was ok, but not hot...warm at best. Unfortunately, we were told the wait for pick-up would be 15-20 minutes. When we got there, we were told a mistake had been made and then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes (so over an hour in total) for 2 dishes and some spring rolls?! It wouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes at the place we normally go. Won't be doing that again!

- Food arrived on time - but, alas, that's the best I can say. They sent the wrong order - Singapore noodles vegetarian (I hate tofu) and not with pork, shrimps eggs. The chicken in the Pho was also very sparse. Thanks to eat now's intervention Sapa Rivers have done the right thing and refunded the cost of the meal. However, the damage was already done.
