- The pizzas are great, the delivery time has been getting worse and worse. I have ordered pizzas from Canadian Bay for a long time and last night was ridiculous, my d daughter had friends over so we had 7 teenagers and 2 adults. I ordered the pizzas at 6pm, and they were not delivered until after 8.30pm. No one contacted me to let me know of a delay, I called the shop twice myself as the kids were starving with no explanation as to why it was taking too long. Not a good experience.

- Unfortunately our meal was very disappointing. Not only was it over an hour late, with us having to call three times to follow up and be told it was coming out of the oven and on its way, and by the time we finally got it, it was then cold and soggy. Uncharacteristic and disappointing from our usually great local pizza shop!

- Quality dropped since takeover .food always cold. Not sure why you changed from the old yum chips to cheap soggy takeaway bar chips. Last two times pizzas overcooked. Fettuccine is really nice though hence a score of 3.

- Waited almost 2 hours for 2 burgers with a weird flavour (like they'd been cooked on a grill after something else that had a strong flavour), soggy wedges and a chocolate mousse that was frozen solid. And after I called to enquire when my delivery would arrive, I was promised a free drink for the delay and it never arrived. Canadian Bay is usually good. Extremely disappointed this time.

- Absolutely woeful!!!!!! Paid a couple of $'s more than ordering directly. Rang up after 1 1/2 hrs as order hadn't arrived, they checked & realized that no one had received the order internally, had sat there the whole time! Hardly an apology, no offer of any description to rectify their appalling service!! Cheesecake was old & iced over-stay away from this place!!!!!!

- First time I ordered they gave me the wrong pasta meal but replaced it when I called within 30 minutes. They put extra seafood in so I gave them one star. Second time I ordered they came an hour after they said they would, gave me the wrong pasta again. And the wrong salad. Said they would replace. with the right pasta but it was crap this time with hardly any seafood to be seen. They forgot the salad. When they came back with the salad they had the wrong one again. The kids pizzas were also rubbish. Never go back there. Vinnies better by far!

- Fish burger was not able to be eaten. It was cold and hard.The chips were almost cold meaning only a few could be eaten and the pizza had to go in microwave so tasted like leftovers.Gave 1 star though because you delivered on Good Friday.

We asked 4 both fish grilled, steamed dim Sims with soy sauce and chicken salt on every thing. Our meal was missing a potato cake, there was no sauce on the dims, we had normal salt and not chicken and one of our fishes were batted not grilled. Although our meal came in good time, I believe 30minutes should be long enough to give 1minue to check an order before it leaves for delivery.Ã?Â
While ordering it askes how u want your item and there fire that's wat u expect it to be delivered as. I even called and confirmed our order over the phone.Ã?Â
It's disappointing the amount of mistakes taken place. Ã?Â
Overall the meal beside the mistakes was very nice, especially the potato quantity in the p.cake. The delivery man was very polite on delivery.

- Order was delivered promptly everything was cooked well and very tasty with the exception of the blue grenadier, hubby was not impressed and left the majority on the plate. He said it had a strange taste and very unpleasant, he is a seasoned fisherman and knows his fish.
