- Speed was excellent but the ribs were not really ribs and were very bland, disappointing for the price. If I was in the restaurant I probably wouldn't have paid for the ribs as we didn't eat them.

- It arrived very quickly & I've ordered from Choys for more than 20 years, however, we were very disappointed with the food, it lacked flavour. All of the dishes seemed rushed or unfinished & the fried rice was more like boiled rice with veges chucked into it.

- Have eaten at the restaurant before and had picked up take out from them before as well - was always great food and portion sizes. Last night got food delivery and it felt like it came from a completely different place. Rice came in large containers while meat dishes came in a small greasy, single person serve container and they weren't even filled full. It was not the quality I'd expect for 16$ a main. Honey chicken was soggy and beef was chewy as rubber. Very small portions, not only there weren't leftovers, but we were left kinda hungry. Very disappointing experience. Will only eat in from now on.

- Ordering was simple and when I rang to request no onions or shallots due to an allergy, the guy was very accommodating. Delivery was also quick. The issue is the food - both crispy skin chicken and the chicken & beef black bean dishes were very oily. The former was covered in crispy shallots in spite of the request and the latter was just tasteless. I won't be ordering from here again.

- Service for the takeaway was good but the food was disappointing. Scallops were tasteless and barely cooked ( from frozen) and the belly pork, though tasty, was tough - clearly a very large pig! Not anything like as good as previously.

- Very disappointing. I can only assume that any positive feedback given on eat now, is given by the staff members or owners of this restaurant to boost star rating.
The food arrived very quickly, however it was cold and the honey chicken was soggy with only the slightest trace of honey flavour I would need to hire a forensic scientist to detect.
The dish would be better described as 'soggy deep fried battered chicken with no flavour.'
I had the combination noodle soup which (once again) was cold, had very little flavour, and the fluorescent yellow wontons were so processed, they looked like they were made from recycled plastic - and tasted like it.
The fried rice was boring (I usually love fried rice) but it was the bare minimum effort to call it fried rice.
I could go to a food court and order Chinese food from a Bain Marie that would be of a much higher quality and better flavour.
The owners of this place need to take notice of this feedback or I don't think they'll be in business for much longer.
It does not deserve as many stars as it's got.

- very quick to deliver however the calamari was a bit soggy (prob because it was delivered rather than fresh), the 2 main dishes we ordered didn't have enough sauce and were quite dry. If they had a lot more sauce then it would be much better.
