- Really disappointed, porta via is normally our go to restaurant for dinner.
Veggies were burnt, like blackened on one side which has never happened before! They normally cook to perfection!
The chicken was dry, sadly over cooked.
The pasta was unseasoned and bland.
The saving grace of the night was the Tiramisu. Delicious!
I dont know what has happened, porta via is normally perfection, the last few meals we've ordered from them have been well below average.

- As usual the quality from porta vita was 10/10. It was delivered slightly before the time they said it would be and everyone enjoyed it to the point we ate far more than we thought we could. Delicious!

- We've been buying from Porta Via for 3 years, and they're normally great!
But tonight our burger was missing ingredients we paid extra for, the pizza was over cooked (and just generally pretty awful), and the dessert was swapped out for something else, without Porta Via calling us first. - Brad

- Usually very happy with Porta Via but tonight ordered 2 capriccodas, both with extra anchovies, and both came WITHOUT anchovies. I do understand it is easy to make a mistake but it spoilt our enjoyment of our pizzas which tastes bland without anchovies. This is more of a vent than a bad review, usually very happy with the pizzas from here. They are usually still hot and they are never dry or over-cooked.

- Sometimes we order a parma and salad to share between us for dinner, as it's so big, but tonight we got veggies as well - AND WHY HAVE WE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE?! Crispy, slightly oily, bright green beans and broc - YUMMO. They were out of tiramisu, but we happily swapped it for mousse, as it was our fault for ordering at almost 9pm! Our local favourite, and that says alot as Mooroolbark is FULL of takeaway choices, it's like a restaurant that delivers - not a takeaway joint!

- Used to order from this place for few years as quality was excellent and delivery very fast, but 2nd last order arrived 1.5 hours later cold and soggy. Then last order never arrived after calling store twice they couldn't explain where order was. Not sure what's happened but we won't be back unfortunately.

- Pizza was not cooked, salami was chewy, mushys were not cooked and it had NO! Cheese on it, and the base was hard and stale.
The carbonara was hot.... that was the best thing about it, the sauce was grainy and lumpy and if I ate bechamile cheese out of the jar it would taste better.
Very un-happy for a ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?1/2 rated restaurant.

- Delivery was 20 minutes late (1 hour 25 minutes wait in total) on a Wednesday night which was a bit disappointing. My pizza wasn't as nice as in the past either and was luke warm. Pasta was piping hot and fantastic quality & taste.
