- Im so underwhelmed by this experience. This is usually my go to place but I won't be going back.
1) I asked for cheese and tomatoe on my chicken burger, I stated in the request more than happy to pay when I get there as the order form isn't customizable.. When I got there I got lectured about not paying and in future I'll be charged.
2) I got onion on the burger and no tomato.
3) when I paid for the can of drink, I got told I wouldn't be charged for the onion (that I didn't order) and only for the cheese, totally $3. I have a $5 note and got $1 change... My maths isn't great but that doesn't add up
4) I ordered and paid for tomato sauce, which I never got
5) we got a cheese burger and it was just that, cheese and a burger patty, no sauce or anything, so was horribly dry and bland.
6) lastly, I ordered a chicken burger and quite clearly got a chicken schnitzel.
I know these are only small things and individually wouldn't be a big deal, but the only positive thing I can say about this experience was that the chips were nice. - Meg

- The staff didn't even apologise when I had to go back to get the fish that was left out of the order.
Food was either under cooked or over cooked, which is very disappointing considering we waited SO long for it!

- Delivery eta was 60 mins, after 85 I contacted shop to be told my order had left 25 mins ago & as driver had 2 to deliver this should be considered acceptable. When I voiced concerns re quality of food after more than 25 mins sitting in car I was told customers accept it will be of lower value than if picked up from store (when in my view it should still spend only the same amount of time in my car than theirs) & I was in the wrong to be concerned as lower quality is to be expected. Delivery arrived 10 mins later (over 90 mins since ordering) driver lied outright & said she'd driven straight from store to my home. Food wasn't in thermal pack, everything soggy chips cold, not even teenagers wanted it. Rude service, horrid food, would rather go hungry than order from here again. Avoid, far better choices out there!

- Well the Dim Sims, Chickens Strips and Fish were cooked to a black burnt crisp. The scallop batter was cake like and gooey in the inside. Chips were so dry it was unpleasant to eat . Spoke with Steve who was willing to re send order though little to late. Wont be ordering again. Delivery was OK so my score is 1 star out of 5

- The grilled fish was absolutely delicious. The food was really good however, I think the serving sizes, for the price they are, are too small. Delivery was quick.

- I ordered the Fish and Chip Basket. The Fish was over cooked to almost burnt and the order was missing the onion rings. I called and spoke to Steve the Manager. He was going to give me the onion rings free next time I ordered. I insisted on the onion rings being delivered tonight and that the fish be replaced. He delivered them himself. The potato cakes were dry and the chips had an oily flavour and were also very dry.

- chicken dim sim cold one bite in... calamari was not calamari... prawn was uncooked batter around it making it taste not so good.... chips were good and chicken souvalaki was one of the best I've had (no option online to add hot chilli sauce though) was over 30min wait and they didnt seem overly busy so cant imagine a wait when they are flat out.... all in all ill try somewhere else next time.... only tried this place because everywhere else close was closed.. would go back just wouldnt get prawn calamari or chicken dim sims

- great food.....only forgot 6 fried dim sims in the order! I phoned them up and they delivered them about 45mins to an hour later...by then know-one wanted them! wouldn't complain but had many orders botched up... love the food but orders need to be rechecked by staff so it's not me having to point it out all the time.
