- Delivery in the rain was prompt & driver was great, unfortunately they were not USA Ribs but were Asian honey soy ribs.
Should be stated in the menu that they are honey soy Ribs so you know exactly what you are ordering, USA ribs is very deceiving & are not what they were at all😡😡😡

- delivery driver came with our food in a Aldis bag we ordered a cheesecake they brought us a cheesecake from aldis, thinking it would be a whole cheesecake from the shop if it was for that I could of gone to Coles and brought it cheaper and the food was soggy, stay away!! Horrible

- Very unhappy with the food I received! Ribs were full of fat with a more bone to meat ratio. Potato scallops are overly processed foul tasting as well. Don't bother with writing a comment or side note with your order as they will ignore it as much as they ignore there quality of food! My meal was also boarder line cold to top it off, must of been the high quality Aldi bag that that use to transport the lack luster meal in. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again and suggest you do the same!!!

- We were told one hour for delivery, and ended up waiting almost 3 until the delivery driver showed up at 1:15am with his cars music playing incredibly loud in a residential area, before handing me a cold, soggy, and entirely tasteless pizza and stating it wasn't his fault the delivery was late or cold, and that there was nothing he could do about it. And then proceeded to turn his music back up and wait in my driveway for another 10 minutes before taking off down the road.
During this entire process the store had taken their phone off the hook, only returning it after they had closed the store, thus avoiding the onslaught of complaints they knew they'd recieved for the travesty that was their food and service.
Big fellas pizza is an actual disgrace to Italian food, and to the hospitality industry as a whole.
I was unable to seek a refund or any compensation for this, to be brutally honest, insulting display of "service" from big fellas and have since been unable to contact them.
