- Not happy... food came half an hour late with chips and nuggets cold and missing one of the pastas - we eventually ate just over 2 hours after ordering. Suggest that when running way behind, you give the customer a phone call as a courtesy (and when they have five separate hot containers to carry, maybe a bag as well).

- This place is a joke. Do not eat here. Ordered pizza and garlic bread and it was a 70 min wait for delivery. It turned up in the back of a young blokes ute. Opened the pizza and the topping was completely off the pizza. Then heard him leave, the pace he was going was obviously the reason to the toppings not staying on the pizza! Called the boss and he said a new one would be delivered asap. Their timing was good on the second pizza snide I complained but by then had turfed the shit pizza and couldn't claim the new one as I couldn't give the pizza back to him! Have photos to proove but wasn't good enough. Now they have my number and cannot get back through. Way better places to eat then here!!

- Order was well over 30 minutes late. They left me on hold for over 5 minutes. Then when i explained that i am unable to eat this order as we had to leave, they simply told me to just wait anyway. No compensation offered. Quite disgusted.
As for the small amount of food we had time to eat, the chips were soggy and the calamari and nuggets was bland and soggy - Curtis

- They called me about twenty minutes after I had ordered to tell me they had no lamb shanks. If I did not change to something else, they would refund but not deliver the rest of my order. I picked the ribs. Big mistake. They were smothered in far too much sauce, the chips were barely cooked and the ribs were undercooked - chewy and inedible. It was like they rushed it to get the order delivered on time. The pizza was sloppy. I won't be back.

- We order from Big Fellas often, we normally love their ribs! However for some reason (maybe because it was Melbourne Cup day & was super busy) our experience was average this time. It took 80 minutes for our ribs to arrive. The Ribs were unfortunately a bit tough and overcooked, the vegetables I ordered with it weren't good as the broccoli was overcooked and mushy (not to mention the delivery guy dropped them on the ground before giving them to me...) The delivery guy didn't come to my front door he called me from the road so I could go out & get it from his car, not exactly the great service I'm used to from Big Fellas. I will order again as normally Big Fellas ribs are great, but this order was a bit disappointing.

- NEVER AGAIN!! GO HUNGRY BUT DON'T SPEND $35 for this sh..!! after more than an hour (at least) what it took to get delivered, the margarita 3cheese pizza was burnt on the bottom and edges n tasting like the cardboard. I had one slice, as my wife, and we threw the pizza in the rubbish.The same we did with the garlic bread after maybe 3 slices of it.
