- Waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered, when it finally arrived we didnt even get an apology for the massive delay. Got our order and it was cold, was not worth what we paid at all! Never ordering from here again! Very disappointing!

- I ordered food from here and apparently was told that my phone couldn't be contacted. I showed evidence to the driver that no phone call was made to my phone whatsoever but they ignored what i said and thought that i did it on purpose ( worst customer service ever). But that not the worst, whats worst is that i started getting offenses towards my university and the community that i live in. Very very very rude and am NEVER ordering from here again.

- Hopeless... Had that much topping base was still dough, ordered 1.25L drink which they didn't have so gave me 2x 375ml cans for the same price... Not happy... Won't be going back... Have had a lot better...

Overall the quality of the food and service was standard.
I honestly think the food and the service overall can be more organised,
few pointers when we received the delivery of the food , the delivery person was not professional and was rude on the phone when he asked me where the location of the delivery was.
the food was not hot, and when we ordered a serve of chips , there was hardly any chips in the packet,
we also did not receive the 1.25L soft drink and had to wait an extra 15 mins for the delivery .
overall should be more organised and be more accurate about serving size of the products are'

- Our second order from Johnny Boys and we are very impressed. The food is delicious and they delivered in about 45 mins. Meals are value for money also. Definately order from them again and highly recommend them. We think they are great.
