- We usually love these guys but our last order was dry and over cooked. I understand that they were busy and we waited 90 mins, is just when it did get here it was as above and we were disappointed.

- The food is great. No problem with that BUT they really need to get they're act together on delivery time and service. Seem to be trying really hard however add some more staff and get the efficiencies in place. There just seems to be no order in place to make sure the customers are served on time and in time. With such great food it's a shame they are letting themselves down on the delivery so bad.

- I've never been disappointed by Johnny Boys but this time I was, which was such a pity. The chicken wings (I know they were busy and were out of ribs, and they were nice enough to call and let me know and just have chicken wings) were oh so slightly undercooked (not quite enough to be dangerous, but enough to make you feel a bit sick, especially with the skin) and arrived lukewarm. My previous meals from this place have arrived scalding hot, so I at least expected it to be pleasantly warm on arrival. But, my biggest issue is with the salad I got.
The "Caesar salad" was bits of shredded lettuce thrown over some cut up tomatoes and three slices of cucumber with a bit of dressing drizzled over the top. Chicken came in a tray on the side, which was fine. Last I checked, there's no tomato or cucumber in a Caesar Salad (and it's not in the description, either!), nor was there any bacon, egg, croutons, parmesan or anchovies.
Very disappointed. Not sure if I even want to go back again after this. - Isabelle

- We ordered at 6pm food didn't arrive till 8:30. Rang them a couple of times to check on the food, and each time we were told it was on it's way (when it clearly wasn't). The food itself was not bad, just terrible service.

- Almost two hours waiting after I was told 60 mins. They didn't have what I wanted in stock this they told me after an hour. What I ordered was cold. I asked them to substitute the chicken wings for the amount of ribs there were, this they failed to do. All around, a great disappointment

- Order pizza, ribs and garlic bread. First off arrived 30 late after already wait 45 minutes initially. The pizza was average and the rib was the worst thing I had it the world. I wouldn't even call it ribs more like pork cutlets with nothing but fat on them. I ate two and threw the rest away. Do not buy the ribs. Worst thing I've ever eaten

- Bruschetta pizza was inedible due to being burnt black, top and bottom. How an employee could pull that out of an oven, put it in a box and think that it was in any way okay to send to a customer is completely beyond me. Appalling. Will not be ordering from them again.
