- Ordered a meal deal with 2 x pizza, 1 x large chips, 1 x salad and 1 x drink. Delivered only pizza and drink. Not sure it's the restaurant or the platform's problem but they massed it with another meal deal. Have to wait for another half an hour for the chips and salad. But by then we've already finished the pizza. Not a pleasant experience at all. The food is always good through, love the pizza so much, the delivery guy was also very nice to help us solve the problem.
In one word, I'm satisfied with the food(the food worth 5 stars no doubt) but very unhappy with the order processing. - Vincent

- Absolutely delicious as always. Generous serving, the focaccia was hot and just the right amount of garlic. The dips were of generous proportion and were delicious as always. The side salad had just the right amount of spicy dressing. I love all the food from Godfathers and the service is always on time if not a little earlier than expected.I would recommend Godfathers to everyone and I do!

- Had company over that night and made order to be delivered at specific time. Sadly the order arrived an hour earlier than expected and guests had not arrived. Needless to say we ate cold pizza that night. Not happy at all :( Spoke to manager on duty that night but nothing came out of it.

- Average score for average food. I used to praise these guys for fast delivery and good food but the last three or four orders have been poor. Delivery tonight took over an hour for a five minute drive away. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Probably won't be ordering from here again.

- Amazingly beautiful seafood pasta! The first time I ordered it I thought it was brilliant but the second time, they made it even BETTER! I was not a fan of red sauce seafood pasta but they have converted me.

- I love Godfather's Briar Hill ordering various things at least once a week. Last night I ordered spaghetti bolognaise and was so disappointed. It was bland to the point of being virtually tasteless. I suppose it would have suited a toddler. I used to make my own bolognaise, but since kids have flown the nest, no point cooking for one. There was not a hint of tomatoes, mushroom, onion, garlic, capsicum or any other condiment- really don't understand as a bolognaise base when made properly can be used for so many different dishes and at $14.90 for stewed ground beef & spaghetti, I won't be buying that again. Exremely disappointing!

- Very rude staff. Ordered online, got a text saying delivery would be 45mins. Rang straight away as there was an error in the order and was told the pizzas had been cooked already and we couldnt make changes. This was our usual restaurant but after this and other occasions of bad customer service we wont be using them again.
