- 1. I was sms'd that the order would take 20 minutes but when I arrived the vegetables were still not ready. The chicken parma & chips which were ready sat on top of the oven waiting. Unfortunately I think that is why the chips were dry and crunchy and the bottom of the parma a little burnt.
2/ The parma otherwise was quite nice and a good size. The vegies were okay.. (I waited an extra 10 minutes for them. Had they been forgotten about?)
3/ The shop itself is not the most appealing to look at. Although there was no-one seated, the table tops had not been cleaned.
In conclusion: This was my first time at Casa Mia so I didn't know what to expect. The food was nice but not exactly cheap but I will try the store again and see if my complete meal is ready on time and the shop a little cleaner.
