- Bit ridiculous that it takes over an hour to deliver a risotto and a salad on the Thursday night. Lets hope the food is good. As i'm already not impressed with the no communication of how far away it is etc, Eat now needs to be updated also with technology like ubereats to track your order and be provided with updates.

- The first time I ordered from trax the food was terrible and was all over the boxes , had no flavour & was luke warm and took so long to arrived but still I really liked the menu with so many options so I ordered again a few weeks later & exactly the same cold messy food and they forgot my drink and took close to two hours to arrive ... fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me .... I will not be ordering a 3rd time even if I was paid to do it

- Ordered a Nacho parma, didnt have a single corn chip as advertised, was still a decent parma though, good size. Chips were a bit soggy but it's understandable from takeaway. Choc milkshake was decent, but for 7 bucks I expected a full sized shake, not some little cup. So all in all, 2 hour wait and almost $50 for a meal? Go to a 5 star restaurant instead.

- Is there a change in ownership? My husbands salad had a woeful 9 small slices of beef and the chicken wasn't anything to write home about. This is the second order where we have been dissapointed.. We order from you a fair bit and your food used to be the best. Looking forward to getting the quality back.

- Often meals from Trax are quite god value. The Parma is great. Can't say I was overly impressed with a piece of fish and a handful of chips with some token rabbit food for nearly $26.00......as a take away...i had to pick up.

- Not as good as it used to be. The quality of the food is not worth the money anymore. Salads are not fresh and the burgers are overcooked. Also waiting more than 2 hours for the food is unaccaptable without letting the customer know that the food is coming an hour late.

- I ordered the orange juice which cost me $6.00. It's organic and it's good juice so I'm ok with that, but they delivered a pop top. And still charged me $6.00. I tried calling several times to rectify the matter but the phone either rang out or I got hung up on. Not happy.

- Had heard great things, but unfortunately very disappointing. I ordered the veggie burger (without onion) and with sweet potato chips. This came with onion and normal chips, and the chips were stone cold - completely inedible. The veggie burger is like a vegetable pattie you'd pay $2 for at a fish and chip shop - definitely not worth the money.
