- We order almost weekly and our last delivery left us a little dissatisfied. The driver was very friendly and arrived close to the ETA but the plastic bag the food was shoved into was not glamourous (paper bags are normally provided). The chilli con queso was much runnier than what we generally receive and the guacamole was also a bit lighter as well. We waited for the con queso to cool to determine if it would become solidified but it didn't. However, the cheesy fries were very tasty and not gone soggy from the delivery process (it sometimes happens - maybe punch a hole into the foil covering to let them breath?) and the beef enchilada was really tasty. Unfortunately the size of the corn chips had shrunk in both bags with one of the bags providing small broken corn chips that couldn't be eaten (we sprinkled them on top). Overall, Cha Chi's is great for mexican and I sincerely hope my last experience was a once off as every other delivery has been fantastic.
