- The food arrived over half an hour late and was barely lukewarm at best (some of it was at room temperature). This is despite the restaurant/takeaway being a 5 minute drive away. All of it needed heated up in the microwave. As for the food, it didn't matter by that point. I called and all they offered was an apology, no other recompense. Not good enough. They wouldn't serve tepid/cold food in the restaurant and expect full payment.

- The website and ease of ordering are unparalleled. I will say something was not quite right about the taste of the broccoli in my dish, but otherwise the flavor of both the dish containing chicken and nuts and the coconut rice were excellent. The value was quite good.

- Poor quality - cold and gluggy. I know that they can do better as I eat at the restaurant regularly. I ordered the Pad See Iw at the restaurant on Friday night. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it for home delivery, but could not eat it
