- Food was fantastic again, but we specifically picked a delivery time of around 7pm in order for us to feed and bath kids and sit down and eat. The order turned up 40 mins after we ordered, which would normally be fantastic, but in this case was inconvenient when we had specifically designated a time. It arrived 45mins before we had specified.

- The lamb rogan was absolutely tasteless! I phoned to ask if I could have the dish hotter than medium it was still very mild, in fact there was no spice in it! The butter chicken was worlds apart! Creamy, tasty cannot believe the lamb was from the same place! Accompaniments were just above average.i am from the UK where the Indian takeaway is the best, this has a way to go!

- Food was its usually good standard. However I was told a 45 min pick up time which meant cold food as it was clearly sitting for sometime. Also a $7 public holiday charge?? This was huge when buying for one person. These two issues really stood out as the place was empty. Think I may try other restaurants in the future purely because of the excessive surcharge and wait time only

- Inconsistent. The typical word that describes all Indian restaurants in Ballarat. This meal was poor value. The paneer tikka was flavourless paneer. Half of the lamb cutlets were undercooked. But the two meals before this one were excellent.

- I've eaten here a few times and it's always been nice until yesterday. Hardly any lamb in the Rogan josh (plenty of sauce) and something strange in it that tasted horrible. The butter chicken wasn't much better either. Naan was nice though!

- I usually wouldnt bother with this rating crap, however this place has deteriorated since our last visit. Obviously had a change of chef - the only reasonable part of the meal was the onion bhaji. Both the butter chicken & beef korma were bland & the korma in particular was watery. Minimal chicken & beef in each dish & I couldnt find any hint of cheese stuffed in the Paneer Kulcha. Overall very disappointing this time & will need to search for a new spot. Can anyone recommend something even half as good as the Curry Vault in Bank Place , Melbourne?
