- We have waited 1 and 1/2 hours and then calling to ask where the food is, abused and yelled at as a customer. Stay away from these people. Not good at all. I wish I could have given no stars. I will never be yelled at by people like you ever again.

- Really disappointing. It all tastes the same and sauce very watery, notch meat and the paper bag that the naan bread came in had a different logo and smelt like moth balls !! Have eaten from here before And this was like night and day.

This place is truly a hidden gem- so lucky to have found it! Always busy but never too busy to be done right. Sue, the owner is always there- she makes everything fresh and to order! - Extremely disappointed. The "mama's special pork ribs" for $13 consisted of 6 small tasteless, dry and chewy ribs. The pad Thai was drowned in lots of bean sprouts which is fine but the whole dish tasted like bean sprouts and nothing else. The beef pad see ew included about 4 pieces of dried out beef. The roti and peanut sauce were horrible. For 5 dollars each you would expect it to be properly packed so it doesn't get soggy. Nope. What we got was roti wrapped in wet paper, and it was doughy, tasteless and the peanut sauce wasn't any better. Overall the whole experience was horrible. Nothing good to say about anything. What a waste of $46.

- Had heard wonderful things a of Mama's Kitchen, but was deeply disappointed, firstly my order was well over 30 minutes late, would of been no issue if they had called to let us know they were going to be so late, then when the food finally arrives it's cold and the delivery guy doesn't come to my front door, he sends a text saying he was out the front.... Not ok, a delivery person should know how to open a normal front gate. Safe to say we won't be reordering.

- The food came right on time and nice and hot. The chicken dim sims were a great size and really yummy. I bought two serves for two people but we couldn't eat them all. The hot Paad Kee Mow was really ice and hot. Really a great takeaway experience.

- Rice Paper Rolls fell apart totally because they were stuck together so well - maybe because they were not fresh??
The Pho was pretty bland, and a large piece of chicken in the Paad See Ew was very pink in the middle. Overall I would call it a disappointing experience.

- It was great, particularly the Hanoi spring rolls - we should have ordered two serves (although one serve includes many spring rolls, but they were so delicious)! The food arrived 1/2 an hour early - but was happily received then regardless. We definitely be a regular!

- Really disappointed in the quality of food and the service. Having ordered him delivery, they forgot the condiments and the seafood dish only came with four very small prawns. They even sing you $5 for delivery even after ordering the minimum $25 amount! Will never go back, nor would I recommend anyone to try this place.
