- First of all, the order was mising the comolimentary item that should have been there. I specifically mentioned it and still they forgot it. Secondly, the biryani was not up to the mark. Clearly looked like the remaining stuff at the end of the day. Full of spices and not up to the value. BBQ was good but again it was a bit dry. Overall, it was okay.

- Hi,
We ordered the food and paid in full but the order was not complete ( Vegetable Curry- $7.90 not included) so I called them and the reply was call us after 30 mins.
Upon calling second time they said that Vegetable curry was not charged in bill and asked us to check again , in fact I paid in full so I knew we paid in full.
I am disappointed that we called them before collecting the order, went all the way to get the food from 55 Collins street and one of my mate had nothing to eat except Saffron rice.

was pretty good and it was in huge quantity for the price paid too. I loved the gravy of Chicken Tikka Masala, however the chicken in it looked like artificial cubes of meat. - Osama

- While the food was good the order was not completed as per my request. At first we were given only 2 biriyanis instead of 3 and we had to go back and ask for the missing one. When we got home there was 2 chicken and 1 lamb and no raita. Very disappointed being our first visit.

- BAD ALL 'ROUND.
This was the second time we ordered from Biryani House, the first time we ordered take away while in the store and had to wait 45 minutes for the food to be ready despite being asked to wait 20. The food was average so we decided it may have just been a bad day for them and to give them a second chance.
The second time we ordered on Eatnow and were told to pick-up our order in 30 minutes. I arrived half an hour later and he hadn't even checked to see if any orders were coming in. He asked me to wait 10 minutes so they could cook it. 20 minutes later I walked away with the food which was watery, fatty and bland. I'm never going there again, nothing saves this place, the service is bad, the food is worse, and you never know when your food will be ready. - Adamos

- Food was not ready at 1:00pm as promised had to wait 10 min, they gave a small serve when a large was requested & the Nann Bread was cold & hard , obviously cooked 20-30 minutes before pick up time. Very disappointed & a bill of over $75!

- Worst experience, Got a message saying will be ready in 20 mins, but when I got there It wasn't ready nor had they started my order but I sat patiently waiting. I watched them serve many people the same food that i had ordered yet they made me wait an hour while many people came and left. They then said they couldn't make 1 of the dishes, that I had watched them serve and gave me something else instead. Wasn't apologetic and wouldn't give me fresh food even though 2 of my dishes had been sitting on the counter for 30 mins. Very rude!
