- Food was okay. The delivery was timely. We had veggie tempura that was okay but probably not the best to order for delivery since it becomes soggy as it sits. We had a rainbow roll as well which was good except for the mayo. They seem to put mayo on everything which is not necessary. The salmon teriyaki was not good. Small pieces that were way over cooked. Very salty. Will not order it again.

- I seriously cannot fault Tako Japanese Restaurant at all. When I order, they deliver well before the predicted time - once they delivered in just 20 minutes! The food is amazing - so fresh and super tasty, you can tell the chefs really care and put a lot of love into it. They always bring us more than enough soya sauce, wasabi and chop sticks. Another awesome thing is that they actually read the comments and make sure my order is perfect and just the way I like it. Tako are one of the best Japanese takeaways I've EVER had, I highly recommend!

- Over the last year this place has deteriorated, we though we would give it one more try. The sushi and fish was not fresh and the hot food was horrible, I think they have changed management, I'm not one usually to complain, though this was the biggest waste of money on food I've ever had. Don't bother buying this food.

Also (unlike most other places) they pay attention to my special requests in the comment section so when I receive my order it's spot on. - Took almost an hour and a half to receive my food and when I did, the food tasted like it was out in the open all day. The fish wasn't fresh, the tempura prawn was soggy and the teriyaki chicken didn't taste like teriyaki. I couldn't finish any of it, very disappointing.
