- Ordered on a special deal night so obviously they were really busy. Couldn't supply dessert, offered a 2L coke. I asked for Zero and got ordinary coke. Carbinara was too dry, but the pizza was okay

- Absolutely pathetic! Ordered at 5:46pm, rang at 7:28pm to enquire, and was told the pizza was in the oven and that we are "really busy". Rang again at 8:37 and was told it was "on its way". Finally got pizza at 8:55pm, over three hours after I ordered it. Garlic bread was cold, pizza lukewarm. I got a 2 litre coke instead of a 1.25.... Gee thanks!!! Bit of advice if you are really busy, maybe employ more staff! Never again

- After waiting for an hour and 15min ... The pizza and Parma were cold - so cold that I had to heat it in the microwave. Chocolate mousse was room temperature. Ham on Parma tasted funny and ended up throwing it out. Not happy and a waste of money. Only putting a one on there because I have to.

- Food was 40 mins late snd my daughters food wasnt delivered. when i rang up the lady on the phone laughed and asked what i wanted her to do. I have ordered from elios before and been ok with everything but now just disapointed i have food that my daughter cant eat and i now have to settle her because she is hungry and her food probably wont arrive for another 40mins. Oh and the response from the lady was if we knew the kids meal wasnt in there we wouldnt have delivered it well obviously they dont bother to check
