- Our estimated time for pick up was 40mins - quite a long time for Chinese food, but it was Mother's Day, so maybe they were busy. We arrived to a completely empty restaurant (except for two people waiting for take away orders) and we were informed that it would be another 15 mins. Restaurant was shabby, if we had walked in without a prior order, we would have walked straight back out again. Food was OK. Entrees were good, mains were OK (basic Chinese food). Portions were generous and we received an extra main meal for ordering over $50 worth of food.

- We always order from here and like it. Unfortunately last night our order was late and when it arrived the noodles were missing from my husbands food. When I called to sort it out, the woman abruptly said the delivery guy would bring it and hung up before I could ask how long. I had to call back and she impatiently said twenty minutes. Well my husband didn't get to eat his dinner until 9pm (30 minutes later) making it a total hour and half wait time after our text approximate was 45 minutes. Not worried about the lateness but the rude behaviour and wrong order likely to make me never order here again. I understand Thursday rainy night is busy but it is pretty pointless to treat the clientele this way.

- Usually we are very happy, but last night our home delivery took nearly 2 hrs instead of 1hr. We rang and rang to make sure the restaurant was open, because it was Anzac Day, but no body answered the phone. The food was lovely as always but the customer service lacked big time. The delivery guy apologised but some sort of compensation would of been nice seeings as we are very regular customers.

- The food was very delicious and very well priced, no doubt about it. Just a few snags with the delivery, but hey, it was a big order and they must have been busy. In the end, it was sorted out and we ended up with extra rice and extra spicy squid, so, all was good. As I said the food was fantastic and worth the small issues!!!
