The popularity of this place has been such that they had no choice but to make many of their items frozen so that patrons could take them home and rest easy knowing that they had a secure supply of Pizza Napoli offerings to fall back on. - Delivery took almost 2 hours and was not complete when it finally arrived. The store took my details when I phoned to complain, but three days later I have heard nothing - no refund for missing item or phone call to apologise. Bad service, slow delivery and very average pizza.

- The kitchen is so disorganised that everything on a busy night happens sooooo slowly. Half the order was initially forgotten and a salad was hastily thrown together and the pizzas weren't hot. Not sure if this was because they had been made and they forgot I was waiting for them (hence long wait) or they just come that way.

- We have always used pizza capers, but their spaghetti dishes are average. Decided to try someone different - their lasagne was better than home made and the pizza was so fresh - the base was not pre made, topping was loads but with real flavours. Definitely a five star!
