Classic Curry Restaurant, on Elizabeth Street, is a casual dining restaurant that offers simple Indian dishes at affordable prices. With a family-friendly menu, Classic Curry offers specials for large groups, lunch parties, and delivery. The vegetarian thali, with three vegetarian dishes, rice, and naan, is great for a quick bite. Tandoori-based dishes abound and the tandoori mix platter, with kebab and chicken, is excellent for sharing. Remember to save room for dessert. Classic Curry's rich homemade kulfi, the beloved Indian soft-serve which comes in pistachio and mango, is absolutely delightful.

- The driver does NOT confirm what is in the bag before he runs off. He really should give you a receipt and say "this is what you ordered, and this is what I have". We've had things forgotten every time we've ordered, and this time it was the raita and the chutney. The food is ok, with the exception of the butter chicken and tandoori chicken. Those were quite good. The lamb dishes were all just ok - the lamb was in big chunks and not tender as it should be in a slow cooked indian dish. I was fine with the spice level, but all of my Australian friends think the medium spice level is a bit too spicy. The samosas were sour, soft and way too spicy - I would not order those again. Overall this is just ok Indian food. I think the restaurant has potential to do much better.

- Firstly, 80 minutes delivery really means 110 minutes. Also, the last time we ordered from here, they forgot our drinks. We didn't mention it then because it would've taken even longer to get them and we put it down to an honest mistake. This time, they forgot our drinks AGAIN and when we mentioned it the driver didn't apologise, but just said he'd call someone and get another driver to deliver them. We never heard from them again. This will be the last time we order from here because once is a mistake, twice is just lazy.

- We ordered food around 2.05pm on 29th May, got a confirmation at 2.14pm with a 90mins delivery time frame, food got delivered at 4.30pm which is 45mins after the confirmed time. On top of it, we were trying to contact the restaurant from 3.50pm to 4.10pm and we had user busy tone the whole time. Not to my surprise, we had the worst food ever and the food was too cold that we had to re-heat it. Totally disappointed with the service and food. Waste of $37 as a whole!

- I have ordered parathas and vegetable biriyani and a thali last week from this restaurant
Positives
1.Thali and paratha were okay in general.
2. Food was hot when delivered.
3. Delivered on the time mentioned
Negatives
1. The bread served with thali had a sour taste which was very unpleasant .
2. The vegetable biriyani was the worse . It appeared to be spoiled and had an odour that comes with spoiled food .Threw it away.

- Food was horrible! I have previously dined at this restaurant and the food was good so am pretty disappointed to receive the poor quality food. The biryani was too wet and had no flavor. The aloo gobhi was too salty and the only thing you could taste were the cumin seeds. The delivery driver arrived late and took his time (walked in a very relaxed manner) walking up plus he was swinging the food so when I opened it all the food had spilt.

Speed for delivery was great only 30 mins from me placing the order the food was at the door .

- It was generally ok. The rogan josh was a bit watery, rather than a thick curry but the butter chicken was delish as always. We ordered the Mega Pack and it was good value for the amount of food that we received. Only niggle was that we were given small cans of soda rather than the advertised 1.25L drinks.
