Marked down because the amount of wedges supplied was significantly less than normal. When the volume of food is not consistent from one order to the next it's hard to know how much food to order. - Eric

- Not their best effort.
I called the store to make sure they had enough Ribs to do a Large order and was told they did. When the order arrived it was significantly less than the normal amount, and was made up of small pieces that had dried out so much they were crunchy, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by calling them on the phone to check on their stock levels before ordering!
Note to management ; It is perfectly acceptable to cancel an order when you don't have enough QUALITY ingredient left to fill the order. - Eric

- ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Do you know your drivers are telling customers that they are not in the delivery area and will no longer receive deliveries? Even though we have had 10 deliveries in 3 months without a problem, your driver told us we are too far away and not worth the trouble. Not only did the driver lie about the delivery area, we caught him trying to sneak away without delivering the pizza. This driver is costing you customers. How many other customers has this driver discouraged from making orders without you knowing?

- Bad Bad Bad! Normally I write GOOD reviews for Johnny Boys Pizza but they failed in every way possible with last nights meal.
The Medium Barbeque Ribs was half empty and all bones, not the succulent meaty ribs Johnny Boys' normally provide, and the container was not sealed properly as it was covered with several small lids instead of one the right size.
The LARGE Potato Wedges were supplied in two small containers, meaning the total volume of food was noticeably less due to the taper in the sides of the containers.
Even the delivery was a problem for them last night. The driver who normally delivers to my door refused to ring the door bell at the security entrance. Instead he called me from his car and asked me to meet him on the street. I had to call the store so they could call the driver and tell him to use the doorbell.
Last night they Failed on Quality of ribs, Failed on Quantity of wedges, and Failed on Service. As a regular customer I know they can do better. - Eric

- As normal the ribs were succulent and meaty with a delicious sticky bbq sauce. The cheese and bacon chips were well cooked and tasty. I was impressed with the Gelati ice cream which arrived cold and was of good quality too. Thanks!
