- Was not the best quality service we've received so I'm guessing if was a busy night. Usually A1 service & food. Speedy delivery but food looked like it had been thrown together & after talking up the restaurant as one of the best around I looked quite the fool & one of our kids meals were missing entirely from our order. Far better service in store so not sure if it's the lack of communication via eatnow that there was an order mix up.

They do deliver to Cranbourne but unfortunately your address was too far across and exceeded their delivery zone. - 45 mins to deliver pizza from to cranbourne west which is ok.
I reckon 40mins would be a good show as that is about the same distance I took to get myself to Casey Hospital for different reasons.
Not ok to call back the client twice!!!
One is a mistake of the delivery guy giving us the incorrect pepsi bottle size I ordered 2L was given 1.2L and I had to wait again as he came back from Berwick I suspected, I didn't know from where? Importantly, we were not informed how long I had to wait after the first call!!!!! Eventually he did show up and I thought I would exchange an unopened bottle 1.2L to him and he said "Nah, keep it". Ok, so I think alright, so customer service relations here.
However, the second call was I think was rude of a female staff to explain to my wife who answered the second mobile call that we are out of Bacio when it was already given to us by the delivery guy the first time around. She even told my wife, "Are you sure?" I'm thinking is she doubting the customer mistake or is there a mixup with this delivery?
I recommend that a review of their delivery computer system and their practices around it is sound, please and let me know this is done so I can have more confidence to order again.
