- 3 & 1/4 hours to deliver! The initial SMS confirmation said the meal would be about 1 hour. After ringing them at the 2 hour mark, they said they had overlooked my order and would cook/send it immediately. An hour later I rang them again & was told it was on the way. It finally arrived 15 minutes later and the pizza was stone cold. The chips were soggy, and the mushroom sauce over the chicken had congealed. And not a sign of a complimentary item or discount offered by management. Extremely poor service and quality provided on this occasion.

- Came 35 minutes past estimated delivery time, ordered the wedges and small pizza. When it finally came the pizza was basically cold and they forgot the sour cream and guacamole.. Now waiting yet again for the sour cream and guacamole while the food is getting colder.. Will have to heat it up when they finally arrive!
