- I've ordered from Shawcross before and had no problems however this time it was 30minutes late and the driver was a bit clueless. Such as calling me and asking for my address... Because of the delay my order wasn't as good as it would have been fresh and some elements were melted (cream for dessert) and the pizza was lukewarm and the cheese had hardened due to the wait - almost like day old pizza. Our desserts were also semi warm and just not up to par - considering we've ordered before and never had such issues. Very underwhelming

- Menu stated it had paneer but there was no paneer.
Called up to complain then they gave a bs reason saying its melted. Paneer doesn't even melt.

- Overall - pretty solid experience.
One bad point: Delivery was slow. But okay, the worst thing was I didn't have any updates / feedback from the app about where my meal was at.

- The pizza was great as usual from shawcross, however when it was delivered I was informed that they do not deliver to the university of melbourne, even though it is on the list of their delivery locations. Despite telling the driver this, he insisted I pay a $5 delivery fee. Fair enough if you don't want to deliver there, but at least update your website or don't accept the order in the first place, instead of demanding extra money when dropping off the order.

- Poor pizza, don't understand the hype. Crust is thin, no taste, with air pockets. The chicken is processed chicken, not fresh chicken breast & the toppings are sparse & slide off. Terrible pizza for $18.50 a pop.

- Ordered pickup and advised it would be ready in 70 mins. When I arrived 60mins later to collect it was ready and almost cold so had been ready for sometime. Obviously some failure with the system. As a result cold oily pizza was not very pleasant and had bpvery few prawns. Some pieces had no topping other than cheese.

Delivery was only 20 mins instead of the 40 they had told me and the delivery guy was so friendly even though he had a hard time finding the house (my fault! Sorry!) BUT WHAT I REALLY CAME HERE TO RAVE ABOUT IS THE DELICIOUS RANCH. I'm from America and ranch is one of the things I miss most about home and that ranch was amazing and the most authentic I've had in oz. - Walee
