- I'm new to Adelaide.... I don't get why pizza comes cut into squares in Adelaide.... It's not like that anywhere else in Australia. Valentino's were very accommodating in my request to cut the pizza into triangles. The pizza was fairly nice and decent ingredients helped to assuage my existing belief that outside of a select few 'artisan' establishments around the CBD - Adelaide has a long way to come in making good pizza.

- I really liked the Verdura (Gourmet Pizza), had the right amount of topping, very fresh and delicious. I also had the pizza with the lot (minus onion) and that too was very nice. These guys have a huge menu to select from so I'll be looking at trying something other than just there pizzas next time.

- The Order received from this Company was COLD and they had the nerve to say it left hot! there was no heat signs or signal that the delivery was hot, and had to be reheated, Upon the Delivery the driver decided to Barge into my house uninvited which i was ready to report home invasion. - Happy with the service. Pizza base could have been cooked a little longer, so crust wasn't very crunchy-I like crunchy! Potato wedges were cold unfortunately, and that makes them a bit soggy. Taste was good though.

- Order was 40 minutes late, had to wait in total for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then when the pizzas finally got here, they were barley even hot. To make matters even worse, I paid an extra $2 for the Pescaporito and had little to no topping. Very disappointed, will not be back

- Called after waiting over 1.5 hours. Was told they're busy and just to wait another 20-30 minutes. No apology. I ordered before 6pm BEFORE their dinner rush to avoid waiting so long. Just shy of 2 hours the driver calls as he couldn't find the house and I had to greet him down the road in the rain. Still no apology. Come on guys it's pizza. Can't be that hard. At least apologise
