- We've ordered from here a few times and always nice, but this time when we ordered beef chow mein it wasn't like a chow mein, chow mein is soft noodles....this had none at all so there wasn't much in the container except a lot of thin sauce with meat.....I googled chow mein and all images have lots of noodles.... We were given a bag of hard dried noodles but you can't eat those with a meal too hard.
