- My food was ready when I got to the restaurant (just 2 mins from my house so didn't opt for delivery). So service very prompt.
The pan fried dumplings should be provided with some type of dipping sauce as other restaurants provide - the wonton noodle soup was good, the broth could have been richer in flavour but it was still enjoyable and plenty of wontons were in this soup. - Charlotte

- Speedy delivery and decent food. The XXL Crispy Chicken could have been crispier, but had great flavour. Steamed Veg Dumplings weren't palatable but more than recovered by the pork dumplings.

- Always very fast with delivery even in peak times. Food is exceptionally delicious. Really good Chili dumplings, wonton soup and my favourite the BBQ Pork special fried rice. I'm normally fussy with asian cuisine but I highly recommend Gllow.

- Super fast delivery. It felt like I had just closed the laptop and then they were knocking on the door! Love the Bento boxes and popcorn chicken is always a favourite with the kids. Salt and pepper squid was really lovely. Three cup chicken was very good. Stir fry veggie was only okay, otherwise it would have been five stars.

- Food and service has always been good, till I placed an order that last night that ended up with me calling and cancelling as it was two hours later and still no food!
I placed an order at 7:10pm with a 60min eta. It always says this but usually only takes 30mim. At 8pm still no food so I called to ask how long my order would be . They couldn't find the order even though I had the confirmation txt and email, plus the money had been taken from my account, I was told they found it and it had left the restaurant and would be with me soon, 15 min later still no food. So I called again , they said they would call me back in 5 min.
15 min later no call back! So I called again and asked what was going on and where was my food , they were puzzled and didn't know then apparently they said they had found the order and it was pre ordered for 9:45pm, even though I had selected an ASAP delivery at 7:10pm.
Very unsure as to whats happened Gllow, your usually really fast and have good food, disappointed and not sure that I'll be eating with you again! - Laroy

- Having one of those nights where we were running behind schedule, so when the confirmation email came stating 75 mins for delivery, we were not impressed. However, the food arrived in fifteen minutes! So very pleased. Food was also very tasty and there was lots of broccoli and veg in the mains the popcorn chicken is always a highlight. Recommended.

- I ordered the takeaways at about 5.30pm and to get earlier delivery before the mad rush...but when I ordered online, i got a txt saying the delivery will be in 75mins..I couldn't believe the delivery will actually take that long considering its only 5.30pm..so I rang the restaurant and one of their staff told me the delivery will be in 60mins...I was shocked to find out why the delivery will take that long but I didn't argue and decided to wait. I started bath my child thinking I still have an hour before takeaway gets here..then it turned up less than 15mins which I was a bit annoyed about..if I knew the takeaway will get here so early, i wouldn't of started bath my child...so therefore, communication 2 out of 10. Food was good but cold considering how close they are located from our place, no excuse for delivering cold food. Is this value for money? I didn't think so...I ordered mixed vege which is $17 and salt & pepper squid $21 thinking these are big dishes (looking at the prices) but it wasn't...if you are a male, you can easily demolish these 2 dishes by yourself! so value of buck 3 out of 10.
