- I have been waiting over TWO hours for my dinner which I am still chasing regarding the driver's whereabouts. I should not have had to make the calls and would expect the restaurant to have let me know that it would be unable to deliver within the scheduled timeframe. As I was told the food was "on its way" an hour ago when I first called, I assume if it ever arrives that it will be cold.

- This place shouldn't be allowed to take money for food. They sent the wrong thing (and sent it late). When called about this, they offered something free on my NEXT order. I had to work the following, therefore I really wanted to eat and go to sleep, so I told them I'd like it resent. They said this was fine. An hour later, no food and the restaurant was closed.
EATNOW were called after this for a refund. Pia from EATNOW 1 was condescending and unhelpful, saying her supervisor would contact me in the morning. It's the afternoon now and nothing. No food, no refund... Just a big slap in the face. Never again EATNOW. Don't forget, as long you take payment and order on behalf of these people, you represent them. - rex

- i am giving no starts for this . I really wish i could upload a picture of my experience with this. Pizza was in the corner of the box. Absolute garbage looked like dog vomit. the entire filling has gone to one side of the pizza. Instead of real chicken it was chicken nuggets cut into pieces i believe. overall never again review.

- Didn't have vege burger so rang and asked if I wanted a vege wrap - it arrived as some soggy jumbled felafel with gross sauce. The chicken strips were cold and soggy - I fed them to my dog.
Delivery was 30min over what was quoted and my drink was forgotten. The delivery driver asked me to come to the car in the freezing cold and I declined because I'm very sick (hence why I'm ordering food) don't bother with this place it's honestly the worst food and service I've ever recieved - Emily

- I should've read the reviews before I ordered!!! Ordered at 7:30, 70min delivery time! There really should be a disclaimer saying "expect long delays"!
Called after 80mins, leaving in 2 minutes. Hmm? Called after 110 minutes, no answer!
Two hours later (on a Wed), and it's time for bed! I wonder how many of those 5 star reviews have been left by friends and family?!
And the food? Chips are soggy, burnt & saltless!
Eatnow need to regulate these places and if they consistently fail to meet their delivery times, do something about it! What a waste of time and money!!!!

- Had to continuously chase up the restaurant in regards to my order. My friend and I were lining up early for a concert and wanted to try ordering online for the convenience. An hour later and 4 calls later our order had still not arrived. Constantly had to chase them in regards to where the driver was. 15 minutes later the doors opened he finally showed up and we weren't allowed to bring our food in. An absolute waste of food. The whole point was the convenience of the food. We didn't want to leave and lose our spot in the queue. No consolation or compensation was offered, not even after we asked for it. Not the delivery man's fault but I thought it was poor customer service and terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. Can't rate them below 1 star, but that's definitely more than they deserve.
