Was told 20 minutes until order was ready, it took 40 minutes. Ordered a medium better chicken and it was definitely hot, so much so my husband and I couldn't finish it and we enjoy spicy dishes.
They did give us a free pudding for waiting so long but would have preferred the corrects pics dish and more naan bread instead - Allyson

- Sorry guys but you've dropped the ball lately. Very mild = not spicey & won't burn my kids mouths & can't eat it. Lamb = not beef. Plain Naan = Not charcoal bread. Disappointingly disappointed.

- Ziafat usually has lovely food. However tonight we were bitterly dissapointed. Our Chicken Tikka in our mixed entrée was very dry and our Naan bread was stale. It tasted like leftovers from lunch, sorry but we expect fresh food for money paid. Also our Raiti was missing from our order. Will really think twice on our next Indian food experience.

- Ordered lamb roganjosh, but it was beef instead of lamb. What if someone is allergic to beef when they get this way ? I was a chef too in a restaurant, never did this. Other dishes were good and yummy.

- Not happy with this at all, was sent a text to say meal was going to be an hour, turned up an hour and 40mins later. When I got the meal a dish was missing, called the restaurant and was told to have a credit, or to get it free next time, which I didn't want. Asked to have a refund or the meal sent, they were not going to refund and said that to deliver would be over an hour. I had to contact eat now to resolve the situation. Am looking forward to seeing the credit on my credit card, and would not recommend this restaurant at all. The quality of the vindaloo and palak paneer was so ridiculously spicy (and we love spicy food) that it tainted the entire meal.
