- This would have to be the worst Thai I've ever had. Aside from it being nearly cold by the time it arrived, instead of the Tom Yum soup I ordered I got some (what I assume were) defrosted frozen vegetables in a soup that was more water than stock. The spring rolls also tasted like they were something you would buy from the frozen food section of the supermarket. Ended up throwing the food in the bin.

- The worst food i have had for a while. Seafood tom yum had a chicken stock broth, let alone fish skin and bits of inedible machine scored calamari in it. The sartre sauce was like watered down peanut butter. Fingers crossed that i wont get sick.

- Singapore noodles were not made with vermicelli as requested, I received slimy and mushy egg noodles - and the prawns smelt off. Beef in black bean was swimming in a near flavourless oily and watery sauce - the beef it's self was clearly not stir fried, but boiled,grey and tough. The only redeeming feature if the meal were the spring rolls. $50 wasted and still ended up having to get a pizza from our local after this indelible food

- The food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering after receiving a text saying it would only take 60 minutes for delivery (which I thought was quite long in the first place). I ordered a mild seafood curry. Seafood was very poor quality as was the curry and the curry was not mild it was medium. Spiciness should be measured from the perspective of someone that doesn't tolerate spicy food. Mild should be the minimum amount of chilli you can put it without being able to taste it. People can always add more spice to it but you cannot make it less spicy. I also ordered banana fritter that said it would be served with coconut ice cream with no mention on delivery changes. Safe to say the coconut icecream was NOT inluded and just as well with the amount of time they took to deliver. They also go by the name of 'Silom Thai' on eat now which I found very misleading. They gave me a few dollars of discount for the extremely late delivery but I will never order from here again and would definitely never recommend to anyone.

- Pretty disappointing meal. 1 hour and 40 mins late when we were told it would arrive within 60mins. Rung asking where food was and they really couldn't tell me where the food was. Got here and was cold. Driver apologised for being late but basically threw food at me and left as fast as he could. Won't be ordering off Siam again. Especially when you pay $50 on a Sunday night. This app is meant to make it a quick option for busy people.

- Just Lost a CUSTOMER! Ordered just before I finished work, food was not delivered, waited an hour and forty minutes then I had to leave the premises, are you serious guy's? with the amount of competition out there you cannot afford to make these errors.

- Took over an hour for delivery and when it arrived the food was pretty poor and expensive for the quality. Only redeeming feature is that they have a gluten free option which I thought was great but other than that it was pretty bad! Wouldn't order from them again

- If you enjoy waiting nearly 2 hours for your food and then being treated poorly by the restaurant 'manager' when you complain, then go ahead. Otherwise, give this restaurant a wide berth. (Sadly, the food was OK - apologies to the chef).

However, we got the food an hour and 15 minutes after receiving the SMS confirmation which stated delivery in 30 minutes, which to be honest did sound too good to be true on a Sunday night. Suggest not compromising with unrealistic delivery times.

- SMS sent advised delivery would be in 45 mins...actually took 1.5 hours from the time i placed the order,
when i called the restaurant, they couldn't find my order, put me on hold and then cut me off. when i called back i had to explain the situation to a different person only for them not to find the order either.
whilst i was on the ph the 2nd time, the delivery arrived - only part of it was missing so he had to return to fulfill the order.
i expressed my disappointment in the service and all he said was 'we're busy in the kitchen tonight and some staff are new'. if they were that busy, don't advise delivery in 45mins if it's not possible.
the food itself was nice but nothing special that i can't get at any other Thai restaurant.

- It took over an hour to get our order, the flavours where good but all the meat was way over cooked and dry. The fried rice was great with big prawns in it. I probably won't order from here again though just because I think the waiting time is unreasonable.

- The restaurant did not send any confirmation SMS as advised would happen. After 25 mins I called to enquire and was greeted by what sounded like a grumpy teenager. I was told my order would possibly be another 25 mins but in fact it arrived very quickly afterwards. Quick delivery was the highlight...the food was exceptionally bland and actually a little unpleasant. Won't order from here again.
This is also the last time for Eatnow for me. Eatnow's inability to specify delivery time prior to ordering is a huge failing...and when the system doesn't work as it should e.g. no confirmation SMS then it simply isn't worth the risk...why not just call up the restaurant directly!? - Barry

- We ordered at 9:30pm (late night at the office), was sent a txt 5 minutes after I had paid via CC to advise the order will take 50mins. We ordered 1xPad See Eew, Coconut rice & a panang curry (med spice). I wasn't too impressed with the time frame seeing it was only two things to cook and they are in Prahran. I rang the store and asked the woman who answered why is there such a long wait, if I had known, I would've organised pickup. She apologised and said she'll have it out in 20mins instead, it arrived 45mins later. The Pad See Eew was ok, small portion though, so at $14.90 we thought it was way too over priced. The Curry came in even a smaller container AND it was way too spicy (for me) to eat, and I love my spicy food.. I couldn't eat it. The coconut rice was dry.. the only thing that was satisfactory was the Sunkist. Probably won't order here again. Total cost: $35.95.
