On Center Road in Bentleigh, there's a great pizza restaurant by the name of Zack's Woodfire Pizza. Cooking pizza in a woodfire oven produces an incredibly delicious crust, and the pizza at Zack's Woodfire Pizza is the best around. They offer vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and gluten-free choices that are made with only the freshest ingredients. Choose from traditional favourites like the Hawaiian or the Atlantic or from more unusual options like the Saganaki or the Giarmani. The pastas here are well worth a try as well. Selections such as the Alla Pollo, the Carbonara, and the Seafood Marinara are cooked to perfection.

- They changed hands since I last went there, and oh boy, is the change for the worse
1) The pizza was so soggy when it got here, it was like porridge.... with chunks of pizza topping....
2) The order said it'll take 45 minutes.... I called AFTER 45 minutes and asked what was going on. They hadn't even seen the order, so they started making it then and there, only to take another 35 minutes to arrive, which is really funny because it only takes 2 or 3 minutes to drive, we seriously live on the same road. Then the delivery guy (and this isn't his fault) said something about being 'screwed by some customers', which is hilarious because I overheard the boss on the phone that they were just putting it in the oven now because they had screwed up.
It took 80 minutes to get the pizza here, it was the worst bit of food EVER, and they STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO MAKE STUFF UP. I'm seriously considering calling to get my money back because I did;t order porridge... especially not 35 minutes later then the latest it was meant to get here. - Perry

- When I read 'Woodfire', I was expecting some nice thin crust Italian style pizza, but instead it was kind of gross and greasy. Luckily I was really hungry and it was still better and cheaper than dominos, although a regular sized pizza looked like a small to me.

- Delivery was 25 minutes late (1 hr & 10 mins to deliver), the lot pizza has olives and had 3 whole pits, thankfully I didn't break any teeth or had my young family eating those slices. Otherwise the pizza here is generally pretty good, great flavour, lots of toppings and nice base.
