Tucked away in Surry Hills is this fabulous Thai restaurant. Wandee Thai Restaurant- Surry Hills brings the taste of homecooked Thai dishes with its own unique twist. Traditional Thai salads, that meld fresh, savoury meats with crisp raw lettuce and lemon-chili sauce, are perfectly flavoured here. The jungle curry dishes are not for the faint of heart. Made without the cooling benefit of coconut milk, this curry is served with your choice of vegetables, beef, chicken, or seafood and brings with it the notorious - and delicious - Thai fire. Excellent date spot.

- The mixed entree was fair, some things yummy and others not-so-much. The green curry was a bit of a miss - the mixed meats were lacking (there was not much there for what you pay) but you do get a fair selection of veggies, however it wasn't very flavourful sadly. I would order again, but I would get something different.
