- The reason for the low star rating was for the way the order was processed. If we didn't have an issue with this, I would have given a rating of 4, as the pizzas were very tasty. I received a txt message to say the pizzas would be available for pickup in 15 minutes. When I arrived to collect the pizzas, they hadn't even started making them as they put them into the delivery queue (I don't know where they would have delivered them to, as no address was left!!!). I was then told I would need to wait another 15-20 minutes. Normally I would have coped with this, but the pizzas were for an under 12 cricket team who needed to eat them during a 10 minute break. If I missed the break they would have had to wait another hour and a half. The restaurant were very apologetic, but this still didn't help me. Quite a stressful experience.
