- Took over an hour and a half to arrive (when told 50mins then after an hour was told only 10mins away). Had to call twice to ask where my food was. They never tried to call me once. Pasta was average at best. Could have been from a can. Will not be ordering from again.

- Once it was 20 minutes late I called and was told it had already left and was 5 minutes away. 40 minutes later and 2 calls to driver it finally arrived.
Literally the most disgusting pizza I've seen in the area.
Chicken pizza cold and stuck to the box from the bottom of the box, actual topping just bland and chicken tasted off, Raw dough in the Garlic bread ( small pizza base with a small amount of garlic in the center), margarita arrived and looked like it had been psychically mangled by the staff.
All 3 went straight in the bin after tastting, first time I've ever tossed a pizza.
Will never order again. For $15-$20 pizzas really expected something else. - Jacob

- The chicken pizza was not very nice and both pizza's looked as if they had been slapped together very quickly. The Tropicana was lovely with plenty of toppings, but the chicken supreme had little toppings and little flavour.

- Took an hour to arrive, delivery driver got lost but didn't ring for instructions as he said his phone was switched off! Pizza base was too thick and stodgy, poor quality toppings - they use that horrible shredded meat instead of real ham or bacon. Won't order again.

- The SMS sent advised me that the Pizza would be about 50 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later it showed up and it was soggy. I didn't get to eat dinner until after about 8:30 and was too tired. Not enjoyable at all.

- The order did technically arrive at the time quoted, but that was the best of it.
The delivery person could not determine how to work the panel at the front of my apartment building, went to the wrong building (the building is identical), demanded I come down to meet them, and the food provided was questionable - the pizza was clearly both too hot and mishandled as the toppings are all to one side of the box.
My place isn't hard to find and smartphones exist - this restaurant clearly needs to either train their staff better or get new staff. - Chris

- Pizza was bland in flavour and not enough cheese, as a result most of the toppings falling off when you pick up a slice. Pizza is not rocket science, how do so many places screw it up? Scroogy's is still the best in Pascoe Vale area.

- I wasn't happy with the pizza I ordered at all. The base was black and burnt to a crisp that I couldn't even eat one full slice. A shame especially when you pay more for a gluten free base. So I went without any dinner. Delivery was advised within 30 minutes and took longer than 45, wouldn't have been a problem if I could have eaten something at the end of the wait. Won't be back.

- worst tiramisu ever. it's the size of a damn cupcake for like $6.50!! How the hell you charge customers that much for a that size tiramisu that doesn't even taste anything close to real tiramisu. It's like an ice-cream cupcake! Seriously!!!???? you should mention in your menu that it's an ice cream cake and not a tiramisu! anyways thanks for staying open on christmas eve!
