- very unhappy experience. received the message after ordered online, said my order will be ready in 20mins. But after 1 hour still no one call for the delivery. When I called up the restaurant, the guy said my order is on the way then just hang out without asking whats my order and my name. After 10 more mins called back ask when my order come, the same guy said will come in 10mins, then I asked him how can you guarantee that without knowing what's my order and my name, then he just kept quiet. I was very upset about this service and unprofessional. I refused to receive the delivery right away.
I ordered delivery ASAP, the msg said will be delivered in 10 mins, then after 1 hour and 10 mins drama, still no dinner last night. Wont order again from this restaurant. Wont recommend to others - XIAO
