- Pizza was very good. However... It took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. I ordered at 6:30pm, received confirmation SMS at 6:35pm telling me it would be 45 minutes. I call at 7:30pm to ask where my pizza is and I get told that they didn't get the order until 6:59pm because their printer ran out of paper. Manager wasn't really apologetic, didn't take responsibility for the error so that annoyed me. Pizza was good so might go there again to give them shot of redeeming themselves but if the customer service doesn't improve then I'll be giving it a miss.

- This is our fourth time we've ordered pizza from Marina Pizza and Pasta. It was delivered well within the 45 minutes they said it would be delivered - fourth time in a row! Delicious, tasty and hot on arrival - couldn't ask for better service for home delivery - friendly delivery guy. Definitely great menu and interesting combinations. Felt full and satisfied :-)

- Love the pasta there. First time I ordered, the ratio pasta/meat was great, then it got a little less with every order I got :( and last night, I also ordered the chicken wings, but it was undercooked (not good for chicken).

- Pizza was good, however there were a couple of issues:
- I asked for delivery by 9.00 pm, but it was 50 minutes early (arriving at approximately 8:10). This was frustrating as my partner wasnt home, and had to have reheated food. No point assigning an arrival time, if delivery is much earlier than requested
- Our desert wasnt as described. We ordered the Tartufo Supremo, and recieved a Bacio.

- Was really happy for my first time here. Got a good discount. Delivery was a good arrival time and friendly service. Pizza was easily the best out of the last handful of places i've tried on here in my area. Enjoyed the Pumpkin Roast, and the BBQ Meatlovers was probably one of the best i've ever had. Nice standard garlic bread too, as sometimes they're dry, but this was good. Recommended!

- Had to wait an hour for pick up, which is ridiculous. They Called me an hour later asking me if I still wanted the order. Orders should always be checked and no one should wait an hour for a pick up order. Food was nice, could of make a fresh one as that one was sitting for at least 45 mins. Improved communication is a must!

- I gave 2 stars for effort only. First pizza delivered was bit only wrong, but way late, cold and soggy. I spoke the the owner, he organised another. Was correct this time, but still soggy and lacked flavour. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointed. There are so many other better pizzas available in the Highett area. Sorry guys, great enthusiasm but poor pizzas :(

- Very quick delivery and friendly delivery guy. Ordered a Carbonara and it was probably the best carbonara I have had from any pizza and pasta place. The sauce was yum! and it wasn't full of oil like the other carbonaras I have had.
Would have given them five stars but there could have been a little bit extra toppings on the Gorgeous George. There were a few blank spots where there was just pizza base and sauce. Other then that, Great tasting pizza. Would definitely order again! - Simone
