Bai Thong Thai is a Thai restaurant specializing in dishes using the freshest ingredients. Regular customers give the restaurant high ratings for quality and service. - Food was great however the hour and 40 minute wait for it wasn't. If I had known the wait time was that long I wouldn't of ordered. So didn't get food until 9pm when ordered at 7:20pm.

- my friend ordered his meal spicey and we ordered ours normal, his ended up being normal and ours super spicey. we ordered the pad see ew with veg but the meal lacked freshness that good thai has. I'd rate it average to be honest with you. just needs a bit more fresh thai flavours to make it better eg: kaffir lime/thai basil etc and more variety of veg in veg meals.

- We ordered take out based on previous recent reviews; our dining experience there several years ago had not been great and we thought, as locals, they deserved another chance.
In short, the food was average. The vegetable samosas were little like the street snacks you would see in Bangkok, , the pork skewers were quite dry and tough, the chicken salad was ok but seemed to lack some of the true Thai flavours (lemon grass? Asian mint?), and the fish was fine.
The restaurant was busy, and there were many takeouts being picked up, so maybe our expectations were too high, but we had hoped for better.
Wait time was exactly as advised, and the ability to order and pay on line was quite straightforward. - Mitch

- Very expensive for such average quality food, fried rice was overpriced by a long shot, satay chicken sticks arrived with sauce on the side because in reality there isn't actually enough, the extra satay sauce ordered was tiny for the $2 we paid for it. Ordered chicken spring rolls and received vegetarian. Roti bread wraps were incredibly chewy, very hard to eat! The chicken inside them was quite nice though. I suggest ordering from any other store to get the same quality for a better price.

- As a first time try, I ordered the lowest possible heat indicator ( medium spicy) as there was no mild indicator present. This dish was way to hot for me personally. I had no issue with the serving but without a mild option & having an aversion to spicy food, i could not order this again.

- Bai Thong Thai clearly use fresh, great quality ingredients - this is the BEST I've had in any Thai restaurant in Australia!!........and, I've had a lot! Customer service is excellent, and there's certainly no waiting, When it's meant to be ready, it is! Oh, and I can't forget, value for money is exceptional!

- Good quality food. Veggies in curry well cooked (still have a bit of bite which is how they should be). Really nice, fresh roti and tasty peanut sauce. I highly recommend the green chicken curry and Massaman beef.
