- Dear kind people of Eat now! Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Camberwell pizza is much MUCH better.
I have had countless errors made from delivery drivers to cooks, they always forget items which is really annoying. i mean come on we paid for an item and didnt even get a refund or the item in question? foods cold, food poisoning once (last time we ordered from there)

- This was the absolute WORST take away we have ever received. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to get delivered, the food was stone cold and the pizza was destroyed, box squished and all toppings stuck to the top of the box. I will NEVER order from here again. We gave the pizza back wanting a refund as it was now 9pm too late for replacements but they refused this and would only allow for a new pizza to be sent, which when it arrived the dough was raw and toppings barely heated. After almost 2 hours all up we ended up with no dinner as everything delivered was inedible. DISGRACEFUL. If I could give a negative stars rating I would!

- I would give 0 stars if it let me. Completely unreliable. 45 mins after I placed an order they called to say they didn't have the main ingredients for both of the pizzas I had ordered. i had to change my order. Despite assurances that they would be delivered shortly, the delivery guy turned up 2hours and 15mins after I had ordered. I had given up and gone to bed as it was after midnight. The delivery boy then claimed that they were "busy" despite the original order being made at 10pm on a Sunday.

I do not recommend them at all
Nothing I ordered was cooked
This resulting in me being sick.
You don't serve someone food that's been sitting for almost 2 hours

- Arrived 10 minutes early luckily for the chips to be luke warm however, the kebab was cold which is disappointing. I was given something different to the baileys cake, it was still lovely. Disappointing that this the second time that it was cold Kebab.

We waited over 2.5 hours for our food â?? ON A MONDAY NIGHT!!! We had to call 3 times to see where it was â?? â??Itâ??s on itâ??s wayâ?? was the answer every time. Food arrived (pizza was not the type weâ??d ordered, and the other half of the order had been â??forgottenâ??) also STONE COLD â?? it was just horrible. We took one bite and couldnâ??t eat it. The dogs wouldnâ??t even touch it!!!! They compâ??d our meal, but the damage is done. We will never eat from there ever again. - Francs

- In any of my previous reviews of Pepperoni's Camberwell store I've made sure to defend them, not unreasonably, against the majority of terrible reviews they've accrued. This time however I'm forced to see things from the disappointed reviewer's side. The food was almost 30 minutes late, the food was lukewarm at best and somehow the decent-to-good quality I've come to expect of their pizzas was miserably absent, instead an uncut soggy mess that I can't even confirm was the type of pizzas ordered was delivered. Incredibly disappointed on this occasion.

- Doing some reviews retroactively from memory now, just to clear my EatNow list. At this stage I still don't see the problem with Pepperoni's that other reviewers seem to encounter, though I may be being too lenient because of their brilliant hours of operation. When I can order a pizza or a kebab or a burger, maybe some alcohol at 2am on a weekend you'd have to go a long way to make me not grateful.

- Strangely most of the reviews I've seen for this restaurant describe ghoulishly bad food and horrific customer experiences; yet nothing I've seen first hand has come close to that.
Their take on lamb pizzas are my favourite of that variety in the area of camberwell/canterbury and everything else is at least of "average" pizza place quality. The prices are pretty standard, not cheap but not expensive, and delivery has always shown up exactly when they say they're going to.
The real kicker though is that they deliver until 5am on weekends. It's dangerously tempting when you've been out and get home a bit drunk at 2am, especially because their menu also includes kebabs. - Ben

The delivery man got a random person on the street somewhere to talk to me on the phone after 1.5hours & I directed them & STILL no food. - The Meatlovers pizza i received had sliced ham which more resembled highly processed luncheon meat and tasted horrible.
The pizza delivery time was great at peak lunch hour time, it only took 15-20 minutes.
When i received the pizza (taking into account the fast delivery time) it was cold but was also burnt to a black char on about a third of the surface, i'm all for a golden layer of slightly brown cheese but not burnt black.
The garlic bread was Delicious
