- Last night's experience was the worst. Food was delivered 1.5 after the order was made. Called them and the lady said,"oh really?!" Give it another 5 mins, and took another 15 mins. The delivery person called us and asked someone to come down coz she cant find our address (we've ordered to the same place before and didnt have this problem). They should inform customer if they are too busy and if we're willing to wait that long, that way we're given a choice to proceed with the order.

- When I order king prawns I expect to get king prawns. Just because they are covered in batter shouldn't mean its ok to give a medium sized prawn and cover it in 1 inch of batter. Not only was it not filling it was not nice to eat and a waste of $16.
PLUS we were given the wrong softdrink. When I asked where ours was, the guy kept walking and said Sorry over his shoulder but didn't stop or offer to correct it.
To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
