- vegie spring rolls are delicious. I never complain about spring rolls of any kind from any place. the curry puffs are delicious but very small for their price.. The nuggets are great value, big pieces, but this time they tasted and looked different . It could just be they have less batter and are not as crispy as the previous time. I would still order them again and again. great trading hours and variety on the menu

- this order was great, loved it all. the pizza was overflowing with toppings and was still nice and hot on arrival. the garlic balls were a little cooled but still delicious and the bavarian was as good as it always is. I would repeat this order many times.

- Worst experience ever. Took over two hours to arrive. Food was cold. I asked for no onion on my pizza and unfortunately I am sitting here at 1:30am picking onion off my cold pizza. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering again.

- Have ordered from here before. In the past everything as been good apart from the chips (which is understandable as they are a 30minute drive away. The ribs are usually pretty decent (8/10) this time they were a little too charred and old (4.5/10) and they also got my order wrong this time.

- Food was great as always, but what is the point of booking for a particular time when it is not taken notice of. This is the second time I have booked for a particular time and it has arrived hours early. As I live in a complex I gave very specific instructions on how to enter etc but these were also not followed. Shame about that as the food is great but the delivery was disappointing.

- Delivery was not too bad this time - was quoted 75 minutes & it was about 95 minutes so not too bad.
Food was pretty cold when delivered though which is usual. Chips weren't cooked properly & were still a bit hard.
Ribs were ok. Pizza was ok.

Not the fake ones..
We really enjoyed the food although I think the trip out from Merrimac to us (Labrador) was a bit too long as the chips were soggy by the time they got here :(
The quality of the fish was amazing, and it all tasted great!
The delivery time was as expected as is it a little way out from us, and the prices were very reasonable! We also ordered at around 10pm which was amazing, as we are a graveyard shift house!
Highly recommend Big Fellas, but do keep in mind if you are ordering from a distance out! - Christie

- the food was put in same bag as drinks so it was lukewarm and drinks weren't cold, I ordered a coke brand soft drink but was given a cheap brand but still charged same price. Order was nearly 1/2hr late with no notification to me.

- Good food - awesome opening hours, but has to be the most rude delivery staff ever. The girl was already in a foul mood, rude, insisted I came down to pick up the food, even though I had ordered delivery and there is an easy lift in the building. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't since I have a bad foot injury and can't walk which I tried to tell her calmly, but she wasn't listening. She came up and angrily dumped the entire delivery in a mess in front of my door and was leaving before I even got there.
To be fair - these guys usually don't have staff this rude. Delivery is often very slow, but they always get there at some point. - Tine
