- The food here is great and I've eaten from here frequently. However I have to say I'm really disappointed that they got my order wrong and they wanted to give the correct food item on my next order as they said they were to busy to correct it this time. My food went cold after pleading with them to send correct order! Not good customer service skills with loyal customers. Don't regard you once they take your money.

- I ate there the other night. A few meters from the bustling Bukit Bintang, this restaurant offered a more calm surroundings. I ttusted the TA reviews, and the good words turned out to be true. The starter (Curry Puffs) were Ok, but the Singapore noodles for main were delicious. I even had the fried rice - yummy!
The only Big comment is that the service were a bit too Fabulas :). Several waiters were always available, and as soon you laid down the fork and knife, the plate dissapeared and the table was cleaned. This kind of rushed the meal and made it a bit stressful, but I belive they fid it of kindness - they are serious about their customer service.
I hope to return soon for lunch to try the curry,

- I have ordered from them before and usually good, but this order was one problem after another. First, order took over 75 mins to arrive, entrée was cold and paper bag they were in was wet which made them soggy, drinks were warm (straight from shelf not fridge) and the main was the wrong order. I called to ask them to fix the main and when they re-delivered it 25mins later, there was no sauce... so dry chicken and rice with soggy entrée and warm drinks - not an ideal meal..... They were clearly having a bad night in the kitchen!

- Some places really shouldn't do e-commerce because they are incapable. This is one of them. Over 2 hours since I ordered and still haven't received my food. (3 dishes). Rang to check after 1.5 hrs and was given a stock broken-English lie of "10 mins" and ushered off the call as quickly as possible. No attempt made to contact me to let me know what's happening. Totally unacceptable. Really regret paying upfront.

- Took 1.5hrs for the food to arrive. Had to argue with the delivery guy to park and deliver to my apartment. Then he was running with the food and most of the sweet and sour sauce was at the bottom of the bag. Cheers. Shame because the food itself isn't bad. Might call and let then know as it may have been an isolated incident.
