- The curries were too watery and only contained a small amount of meat. For instance, beef vindaloo had 4 large chunks of potatoes and 2 pieces of beef. The delivery was reasonable and meals arrived while still hot. Hence, the 2 stars rating from me.

- Although the food probably does taste excellent (hot) it is delivered cold and late everytime. Ordered from here 5-6 times everytime has been at least 30mins after the estimated time which is usually 45mins.

- Our order was made and paid for online at 5:30, delivery time was around 6:30, rang them at 7:15 to ask where it was and were told they didn't get our order and then changed their story and said it was on its way. Got a call from them at 7:50 to say they had no delivery address ( even though it was clearly on the online order form) and that the driver was doing another delivery with our order going along for the ride too. Our tea was dumped at the reception desk around 8pm ( 2.5 hours after being ordered) and we were given a quick call to say it was there. In the end , chewy ,watery barely warm curries and limp doughy cold naan! Never again.

- I regularly order from Nara Thai however this time was a complete disappointment, not only was my order over 45mins late, when I rang to confirm the dlievery I was advised that's the delivery driver was on his way, which was obviously not true as I live in walking distance. And to top things off the meal was cold-and I didn't feel the need to complain to wait a further 90mins for the issue to be resolved. Disappointed at best.

- Didn't receive the drink with my order.. The delivery guy seemed very flustered and apologetic, and refunded me the price of my drink at the door. Have been a regular customer for about a year or so, and have noticed the quality of service going down hill over the last few months...
One particular order a month or so ago - everyone's reviews were negative that night - I waited unusually longer (over 2 hours) and called them up, was then told on the phone that I had to pay extra cash at the door for the delivery, which I agreed to, it was only $2, I received a meat dish when I had ordered vegetarian, and it had prawns in it that still had the whole shells on them... No order since then has required extra cash for the delivery, and I did get free food the next time to compensate for the meat dish... But I just think there's poor management here and the delivery people are always stressed out by it, as it can reflect negatively on them.. Tip the delivery guy people, even if they're late, I think they've earned it! >_< - Grace

- Order took two hours to arrive.Starving by the the time we got it. Told by staff they are servicing too large a area. Offered a free naan bread and delivery next order. Not the first time it has taken so long. If you can't provide a service. Don't offer the service. Quite simple.

- Was told order would take 45mins it took nearly 2hrs. I rang the restaurant on 2 seperate occasions and was told 2 different stories. When the delivery finally arrived I was given another different story by the driver. I was starving at this point and couldnt wait to eat my butter chicken. When i opened the lid it was unlike any butter chicken I have ever had before. Butter chicken is not spicy and is orange in colour. This was dark brown and was extremely spicy and tasted not butter chicken at all. Extremely disappointed!

- Terrible experience....delivery was very late, when it arrived one dish was incorrect. It was the only vegetarian dish. I called and told them, she said she'd call me back. She didn't so I called again and she told me she was busy. Then asked what was wrong again when I'd already told her. She then said she'd call me back again. Never called back. In meantime I ate something else at home. My husband had eaten his meal. Then several hours after original order, the correct dish was delivered. Everyone had eaten. No refund or discount. I'd paid online. Was told I'd get 20% off next order. Don't know how they will honour it as didn't give anything to show etc... And there won't be a next time. This is the second consecutive bad experience here recently.

I'm a regular customer and my order is always pretty similar, I've never had any problems before now and the customer service is always great, including tonight. Not calling for refund or anything cause I know it's closing time. Will mention it next time I place an order though.

- Love the food! Had a hick up last time we ordered our food was left 4 doors down and the people that lived there brought our food up for us because they had the wrong address which they could of contacted us regarding this as they had our phone number on the receipt. Hopefully in the future they will ring if they are not sure on addresses instead of leaving our $55 worth of food on the wrong door step.
