- Sure, we ordered because of the promoted special deal (and because the memory of the last order had faded into the distance)
45 minutes after the food was supposed to have arrived, told that it was "flat out", and our order had just left.....is it wrong to expect a text, or an email, explaining the situation? They do have our details at hand.......
15 minutes later the delivery driver rings, to tell us he is parked in the street (wth?!? Isn't this a "delivery" service?)
Pizza was soggy and undercooked, communication and service were pretty grim, lesson learned.
Perhaps in future they might consider being better prepared when offering a special deal, have more staff on, and take the time to keep customers updated.

- The food was really good. But I had to wait over two hours for it - as they hadn't received my online order and when I phoned in had no idea what i was talking about......... so not a great start. They recovered well and did what they could to do the right thing and make us happy. Because of this I will give them one more try. If you're starving try a phone order. If you have time to kill - order online. Maybe order online and then confirm they got it. Thats what i'll be doing.

- Food arrived on time but was missing a portion of fries. Delivery driver insisted that wasn't the case. Rechecked my email and called up, mangager apologised and we were told to expect the fries in 10/15 mins. They turned up 35 mins later.

- Saturday night took over an hour but that's expected at peak hour. Really there was nothing wrong with the food but the thick chewy pizza base and the herbs they use are not to my taste. There was also barely any pizza sauce to be seen or tasted. I had two slices then gave the rest a miss. The drive was nice and friendly.

- This was a disappointment in every way possible. Delivery quote was 45 minutes and it took over an hour. So we waited over an hour for the one of the worst pizzas we've ever had. It was SO salty, undercooked/doughy and so little sauce that we actually thought they might have forgotten it altogether. The 'ham' seemed to be shredded bologna. We only ate half of the pizza and threw the rest in the trash. I truly hope Papalino's reads this review and tries to improve the quality of their food.
