- Absolutely terrible. Soggy overcooked pasta which was inedible due to the amount of garlic, to much salt on pizza. Id order from another restaurant than eat here again. Terrible food.

- Food is ok except garlic bread showed up loose in plastic bag and not in its foil and the delivery guy was really annoying with excessive buzzing on the door bell!!! It takes more then 5 seconds to get to the front door ringing it once is fine not 15 times.

- Speedy delivery a bit before the estimated time. Really top quality I enjoyed the spring rolls which were sizeable and well cooked, The pizza was terrific (Deep pan American) deep, doughy and full of flavour.

- The deep pan base is great. Plenty of toppings. Could improve on delivery time, and the chips should come in a box rather than a foil tin as they were very soggy. Otherwise it was quite good.

- Took 1 hour and 15 minutes for 1 large pizza to be delivered to a location that is less than 5 minutes away when we were advised 50 minutes. Asked for extra salami and paid extra but received the normal amount, maybe 1-1.5 pieces per slice. Pizza was luke warm upon delivery. Regular customers on Papalino's and normally its great but the last 2 times we have been left disappointed. Time to try a different place.

- The delivery service is shocking. We live on Chapel street the same street as this pizza place and waited 2 hours an hour more than we had been quoted and I had to call to follow up on our order. Communication is lacking you need to call if an order is going to be extremely late. The food was okay will not order here again due to this. The delivery guy was the only positive out of this experience. I have never left a negative review but this long wait for pizza is totally unacceptable.

- 90+ mins when they said 50 (and they're less than 5 mins drive). buger was a soggy sold mess. schnitzels were worse than homebrand from coles. chips cold. sorbet good and well priced. friendly and apologetic driver
