- Received notification that pizza would be 45 minutes. Called after 1 hr 15 min and they said they had not received the order and to call eat now. Eat now contacted them and pizza was later delivered. Pizza was good but annoying that it was late, not sure if it was eat now or mr hollywoods fault

- DO NOT ORDER HERE. Worst delivery experience ever. I ordered a pizza and a bottle of coke. The pizza was burned and they forgot my coke so he gave me a bottle of Pepsi that had already been drank out of but he said it was just "leaky" but the seal was broken and clearly drank out if because there was no leak. Very poor take away

- Waited 90 minutes for the lousiest pizza I've experienced in a long while. No flavour, couldn't recognise any ingredients. It was just a mass of slop. Yuk! Never again. Want to give zero stars but it won't let me. Avoid. Plenty of better pizza places to order from.

- I ordered food at 8:36 pm and I received a message saying it would be delivered in about 45 minutes. At 9:26 pm the driver called me and told me he could not deliver the two pasta dishes because the freezer was broken, and that I could call the store to order pizza instead.
I did not want pizza, which is why I ordered pasta in the goddamn first place. The person at the store never mentioned a freezer being broken, and blamed it on them being busy.
I ordered with PayPal and just wanted the transaction canceled at that point. He said if I wanted to call back on another date I could order the pasta for no charge. He also said his driver could bring me cash (but not the food?), which I thought was really hilarious. Needless to say, I won't order again. EatNow is kindly assisting me in cancelling my transaction. - Trevor

- My flatmate recommended the place and I ordered a few days ago. I received an sms confirming the order would take 1 hour. As it had not arrived after 1.5 hours I rang them up to confirm. Apparently there was a problem with the oven earlier on and I was promised it would be delivered within 10 minutes. It eventually arrived after 2.5!!! hours and was luke warm.
The most ridiculous thing is they even wanted to charge me an additional $3 as the 25% discount is only for first time orders. It was my first oder!
Never again!

- Not really great taste. I said NO mushrooms, and the pizza was full of mushrooms. It was supposed to be gourmet pizza, but mostly consists of mushrooms everywhere. Maybe for somebody who like mushrooms it would be perfect but I did not like. Very little cheese, almost invisible.
