- Great food and I'm a long time customer - however lets step up the game on the Satay Chicken skewers! They were tiny last night!!!! I used to actually get my money's worth of chicken on a stick - now its kinda just an oringal skewer sliced into 6 tiny pieces then re-skewered..

- Received incorrect order after waiting 1 hour for food so I phoned the restaurant who said they would resend the correct food. I waited over 30 minutes called the restaurant who informed me the food had just left. Unsatisfied I asked for a refund which they told em I had to call Eatnow for. So another phone call later and 5 minutes later I get told I will receive a refund...its a day later and no refund in sight still....questioning if I will use Eatnow again...a refund should be easier and more transparent.

- I am a regular customer of Ghin Kopi and 9/10times love it although yesterday we had an unpleasant experience. After waiting 75 minutes for our food to be delivered, it was delivered cold, the food had tipped on its side during the journey of which the sauces had leaked through the bag and the standard was far from what it usually is (eg; lack of vegetables, quantity). It was a completely different experience compared to what we usally have. disapointing.

- Fast Delivery, and most importantly the food was great! We had the Red Peking Duck curry, Green Chicken Curry, Phad Thai with Chicken and Crispy skin Pork with Chinese Broc. All dishes were fantastic! Note Medium spice is quite hot so if you only like mild Chilli i recommend you go Low heat!

- Delivery was on time, but spring rolls were a bit cold/soft, the rice suffered from a few stodgy clumps and the green curry chicken was very very salty. It was okay overall, but wouldn't reorder from them.

- Terrible. Last time I was happy with my order, sadly this time it was very bad. I order the Salmon and Papaya Salad as one of our dishes. Only the salad arrived. When I called the restaurant to let them know, a man said "We know about you" and then he made me hold while a lady yelled in another language for a minute or so and then the man said "we have already cooked it, so will be sent out". I waited half an hour, which is a long time to wait before eating a piece of cooked Salmon, so yes it was cold as. I could of probably been understanding about this error but felt a courtesy would of been to call me and let me know there had been an error. And when the Salmon arrived it was so small, approx two mouthfuls, skin on with a couple of scales still! It was half of an average small fillet. Not good enough for a $20 dish. The salad itself had several yellowed leaves also, and so much chilli that I couldn't eat it and I love chilli. Pretty disappointing in too many way.

- Our food took an hour and a half to be delivered when quoted 60 min. We live 10 min drive from the restaurant. When we phone to complain they simply advised the derived had rung our bell. We were waiting by the phone and heard nothing. Further our order was wrong and we given tofu pad Thai when we ordered chicken. I must say as a positive that the sizes were very good.

- inedible - pork was burnt and couldnt chew/swallow, the red duck curry had no pineapple and 2 pieces of duck - swimming in sauce - never got to choose my free item - and overall very very bland flavours with too many cheap and nasty vegetables to try make up for it. won't be coming back at all and for what it was was extremely disappointed
